Progetto CMR Alliance was established in 2011 as a unique organisation able to design and provide consulting in the urban building development and general contracting sector based on high skill integration. Integrated design is based on the pursuit of the best technical and economic solution to meet the needs of the purchase and activity context.

A special aspect of Progetto CMR Alliance is that integrated design is considered as the merger of different criteria and points of view inside and outside the design, all in addition to the combination of various professional skills and profiles. It is an important evolved step up from classic design, often removed from the analysis of social, economic, financial and legal factors.

In fact, only an integrated view can actually grasp the impact of territorial transformations on the social sphere and lives of the population and businesses. Only an integrated view can accurately identify the critical variables that can determine the success or weakness of a design.

The consortium includes 9 business organisations present in different parts of the world that are independently affirmed, each in its sector, acquiring excellent professional and technicalscientific experience. These are organisations that share a standpoint, methods and strategies and have often worked side by side on the same projects for years.
